WHO CAN MAKE USE OF OUR SERVICES?

Anyone! Whether you are a band, clothing line, influencer or coffee shop owner getting in the merch game - this is for you!  

OUR TURNAROUND TIMES

Our turnaround is around one month after payment has been received on almost all our products. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Bank Transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit/Debit card payments. Payment is required for production to start.

DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

For smaller products such as enamel pins, phone grips, and patches, we can work with smaller file sizes. However, for banners we do need high-res vectorized artwork to ensure the best quality print. Our team will consult gladly on any artwork enquiries. 

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY DESIGNS?

You can upload your designs at checkout under the 'Upload Your Designs' tab or you can e-mail them to info@thepinsclub.co.uk with your order number as a reference. For larger file sizes, you are more than welcome to send on a WeTransfer link.
